Submit Scrapbooking Ideas

Paper Crafts Magazine is asking for submissions. Here are the details:
Paper Crafts magazine is looking for fresh, fun, paper-based projects that are innovative and in sync with today's trends. We're interested in a variety of items including but not limited to: handmade greeting cards; journal covers; gifts and home accents such as boxes, frames, wall art, shadow boxes, paper jewelry, and decoupaged items; party invitations and decor. We're looking for all kinds of embellishments and techniques such as stamping, embossing (dry, wet, metal and UTEE), watercoloring, pop-up and interactive designs, cast and handmade paper, shaker boxes, beading, sewing on paper, wire, the sky's the limit!

If you have an original project that has never been published and is copyright free (that does not use someone else's pattern or other intellectual property), consider submitting it for publication.
Just thought you might want to see your stuff in print! Good luck.

This site is very helpful in creating and getting ideas for scrapbooking it has helped alot but as you are a scrapbooking person maybe it might be better if you made your site abit more creative and colourful.

    thanks a bunch though!

Thanks for your feedback. I completely agree that the site should look better (this is just a template from Google Blogger) -- however I just have not had any time to do anything about it yet.

It's another case of the "shoemaker's kids going without shoes." :-)

sometimes i have trouble getting creative with my scrapbooking...when i get into a rut i tend to keep doing pages very similiar and then they don't look different. i like to look through better homes and gardens and sometimes that helps me come up with different ideas, what do you suggest?

Looking through magazines is a great idea to help with your creativity. One of my favorite things to do is to pull out an IKEA catalog. I love the styles and color combinations. Or even just looking through the mailers for WalMart will sometimes spark an idea.

Just be open to getting inspiration from many sources. Thanks for your comments!
