Back from Memory Trends

Memory Trends was long and tiring (as all trade-shows are), but also very informative. It's interesting to see how many men have bought into the scrapbooking industry as a business. It seems that gone are the days of simplicity and business owners all knowing each other and now scrapbooking is becoming big business. It's an investment (and most likely very profitable for those who invest.)

Although there are new companies cropping up every day, most of them do not have the funding to make it. Even though they have great designs, fun ideas, and enthusiasm, I'm afraid that most of them will lose out. I have a few personal favorites and I'll share them with you as soon as I can get my into my routine.

I did get some new ideas and information about new products which have been announced, but it seems that most of the new products are not ready for market yet and will not be available until next year. I'll be blogging about the upcoming products in the next few days.
